If you’d like more freedom to choose your own route, we also offer golf cart rental with driver. This isn’t a formal guided tour — it’s a simple, flexible service. You tell us where you’d like to go (within the areas allowed by the new rules), and we take you there safely and calmly. You can use it to take photos, visit the hills, reach a viewpoint, or just enjoy Florence without too much walking. The driver is there only to help you, drive the cart, and make the experience easy and pleasant — no rush, no pressure. It’s a relaxed, honest way to explore the city, perfect for people who want their own pace without worrying about traffic or directions.
Cancellation Policy
Note: Please read and understand these policies before booking a tour. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time. In unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the right to cancel a tour. Participants will be notified at the earliest possible time. In the event of a cancellation by the company, a full refund or the option to reschedule will be provided to participants. Participants are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled tour time. Late arrivals may result in the exclusion from the tour without a refund. Participants are required to follow the instructions of the tour guide for their safety and the enjoyment of all participants. Any disruptive behavior may result in the participant being asked to leave the tour without a refund. Refund Processing: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exceptions: Refunds will not be provided for participants who voluntarily leave the tour or do not complete the tour. Weather Conditions - Tour Modifications: The company reserves the right to modify or cancel tours in case of adverse weather conditions that may affect the safety of participants. Alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided in such cases.
